Love this set…but I really need a YouTube icon. Also BlipFM & Pandora would be quite helpful! Thanks very much for all the fab free icons!

I hate to be a stickler when you’re providing these great resources for free, but I really need a YouTube icon as well. That seems to be the only icon missing from this great set, so would it be possible to add it to the existing set or release it as a stand-alone icon?

    Thanks!

Is there a tutorial on how to make this particular icon set? With Ping being released by Apple, it would really benefit my site by having a ping/itunes icon like this.

Sorry Lindsay, we do not currently have the tutorial on how to create our magic marker icons. But, there will be tutorials and psd available for all our icon styles at our tutorials site time permitting.

Thank you!!! We now need Ping icons. It seems like there is an ever-evolving need for new icons as new sites and services are released. I would love to have an easy option of ordering a new icon to match an existing set for a reasonable price.

    Hello,

I have used your Magic Marker icons on my personal weblog for over a year. I have even designed other aspects of the site to match those icons and I would love to continue using these icons in the future. However, I am now limited by the fact that your company does not appear to be producing new social networking icon sets for new services. I need to add a Google Plus icon to my site, but without a new icon or a PSD guide explaining how to design the Magic Marker icons myself with Photoshop (or in my case GIMP), I may have to switch to another icon set from another provider and completely re-design my blog. I really do not want to have to do this.

I understand that you have provided these icon sets as a free service. I greatly appreciate this and I do not want to make it seem as though I am demanding more free work from you now. I would be willing to pay a reasonable price for the guide on how to design the icons myself, or on a per-icon basis, but having no options available – free or paid – greatly diminishes the usefulness of the product you have already created.

    Thank you for your time,

Hi Sean, Creating google+ icon has been added to our devs to do list. I just don’t know how quickly it will be done. If you decide to stick to using the magic marker icon style you can post your request at GraphicRiver community forum. You might be able to get help from developers/designers there. Here’s the link: http://graphicriver.net/forums/topic/item-requests/42

        Lita,

Thank you for your response. I have enough experience with the GIMP that I could design my own icons with a PSD guide. If you released a PSD guide for each icon set your users could design their own icons and there wouldn’t be a pressing need every time a new social media service becomes popular.

I believe that a great revenue model for your company would be to release free icon sets but charge a reasonable price (say $20US) for each PSD guide. Most of your casual customers would be satisfied with the existing icon sets, serious and professional users could ustilize the PSDs, and your company would gain revenue while reducing the demand on your designers. Finally, your designers would be motivated to release PSD guides for all of your icon sets due to the added revenue. It would be a win-win for all.

        Thank you,

Hi, I really like this set. It is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you very much to make it available especially free. I don’t want to sound too demanding, as you have already offering a great choice, if you do an update, it will be nice to include an icon for pinterest.

    All the best.
